4.7 Moving News.Hlb

If you place News.Hlb in Sys$Help or the directory in which you have placed News.Exe, News will be able to find it automatically. If you place it in another directory, you should define the logical name News_HelpLib as the file specification for the help library. News.Hlb should be world readable.
