The estate of Izidor and Dominik Sosolic is named after the winegrowing site Sturensce, a small hill in the very center of Brda. The Sosolic farm has stood on this location for centuries; in the last few decade it has been expanded and rebuilt and now includes a large, modern wine cellar.

Izidor and Dominik Sosolic cultivate three hectares (7.4 acres) of vineyards, half of them planted with Chardonnay and the rest with Beli Pinot, Tokaj, and Sauvignon. They produce 250 hectoliters (6605 gallons) of wine annually; two hundred hectoliters (5284 gallons) is Brisko Belo, a blend of Rebula and Tokaj categorized as table wine and mostly sold open.

The Sturensce winery bottles fifty hectoliters (1321 gallons) of high-quality wines annually. As a rule, these are dry, moderately aromatic, and relatively heavy. Chardonnay and Beli Pinot are their consistently best.

Notable vintages from Sturensce are 1993 and 1994.
