WHITE WINES: renski rizling, laski rizling, rumeni muskat
WINEGROWING AREA: Haloze

Milan and Mateja Reberc work six hectares (14.9 acres) of vineyards ( one hectare they own, five are leased) in two winegrowing areas: Belski Vrh near Zalosce in Haloze and Zamusanski Vrh in Srednje Slovenske Gorice. Their annual yield is thirty tons, with Laski Rizling as the dominant variety (ten tons annually). They produce fifty hectoliters (1321 gallons) of wine that is 20% table wine, 40% quality range, and 40% high-quality.

The Rebercs devote most of their efforts to Renski Rizling. Their late harvest 1991 and 1992 vintages were particularly successful, winning gold medals at the Podgorci and Ptuj wine fairs.

They tried something new in 1993: some Renski Rizling grapes were harvested on St. Nicholas' Day, December 3rd. The resulting wine achieved suhi jagodni izbor quality and was marketed as Miklavzevo Vino (St. Nicholas' Wine).

Recently they have added Rumeni Muskat to their offer.

The Reberc winery is relatively new, only bottling its own wine since 1989, but has already won a number of awards and citations.

Their best vintages are Renski Rizling 1991, 1992, and 1994 and Rumeni Muskat 1994.
